Our service
Were committed to providing personalised and authentic service. Guests are met at the airport, signed up for the included hire car and escorted to Whitewood. We generously give as much time as guests need to show them through the house, map and orientation review and share helpful information and tips for your Norfolk Island holiday. A smartphone and local sim with unlimited calls and texts along with unlimited free wifi is provided. Guests are encouraged to contact us for any house or island queries during their stay.
Amenities focus
All houses have been designed with visitors in mind, much thought and care to give the best facilities and comfort we can provide including top notch indoor and outdoor settings. All houses are step-free catering to broader accessibility needs. Whitewood Haven has an accessible bathroom. Whitewood Haven and Central have a fully equipped desk/workstation (monitor, laptop stand, docking station, keyboard, mouse) so guests can simply plug in their laptop to work remotely.

Owned and operated by a Norfolk Islander of Pitcairn descent, who loves to share their knowledge and passion for the island. We have much respect for the island’s people and the environment and we strive to emulate this through all that we do. We are Sustainabily Minded with solar power, rain water tanks, water filtration system and eliminating single plastics with refillable soap and shower products.
The view is magnetic and you have attended to every detail to make our NI holiday a truly memorable experience. Whitewood Sea cottage and its location is a piece of heaven on earth – it’s calm peaceful and quiet setting is perfection – reading and listening to birdsong and happy little chookies is a delight to behold! Plenty to do also, we shall never forget our Norfolk Island beautiful holiday.
